Company Overview
We are a customer service company- and the service we provide is physical therapy. We work very hard to listen to the patient, learn what their need is, and do whatever is in our power to meet their need.
We have 1 full time PT, 1 full time PTA and 1.2 FTE for PT Aid support, as well as front office, bookeeping and billing staff.
Our goal is to have every patient leave every visit with the feeling it was time well spent, AND that every employee leave the day feeling the same.
Company History
This business, started in 1998, grew out of a need to provide PT services with the belief that providing fantastic service will lead to business success and stability. The relationships we develop with our patients leads to referrals and continued business growth. We began as an outpatient clinic specializing in wound care, and eventually expanded our service to also provide functional pulmonary rehab, neuro rehab and orthopedic rehab services. Each of our referral sources, as well as our patients expect, and get, our full attention and skills during each contact.
