Founded in 1983, Torrance Memorial Medical Center's Home Health and Hospice program is licensed by the State of California, Medicare and Medi-Cal certified, and accredited by the Joint Commission. We have received top honors in nursing excellence, receiving the distinction of Magnet Status. Torrance Memorial Hospice is also a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
Torrance Memorial's Home Health and Hospice predominantly serves the residents of the South Bay, Peninsula and Harbor communities of Los Angeles County. We are located in the beautiful South Bay area of Los Angeles County, minutes away from the beach.
