Total Health Medical Center is a Pain Management and Physical Rehab Private Practice located in Decatur, Georgia. The Practice has been in existance since 1986. We see, patients ranging from auto accidents, workers comp and slip and falls, herniated discs or orthopedic surgery patients for ongoing care.
Company History
Total Health Medical Center was established in 1986 with the initial focus on Internal Medicine and Physical Rehabilitation. Over the past five to seven years, the practice has evolved to Pain Management of patients primarily and limited primary care services. The Physical Rehabilitation aspect of the practice continues to grow and expand. The practice services include but are not limited to, Physical Therapy, EMGs, ANSTs, Nerve Block and Facet Injections in addressing the pain of our patients. Total Health Medical Center employs 15 to 20 FTEs.
