Our Mission is to provide quality patient care, combining education, motivation and exercises, delivered with skill and compassion along with a good understanding of the patient as a whole.
Tri-City Physical Therapy clinics are located in the cities of Union City and Fremont CA. We have been serving the community for over 30 years. Our patients range from pediatric to geriatric age groups with diagnoses spanning the entire spectrum of medical conditions, post-surgical and patients with preventive and wellness needs. At Tri-City Physical Therapy, we offer one of the most comprehensive outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment programs for patients with acute & chronic conditions.
Ours is a growing company currently comprised of 6 PTs, 3 PTAs, who are full time, 5 Aides and 3 Patient Care coordinators along with 3 business office staff members. We are a team of highly qualified, motivated and passionate Physical Therapists, Assistants, Aides and Patient Care Coordinators, who work closely with physicians and care-giving networks.
Excellent patient care, customer service and an all-encompassing human experience to rehabilitate the patient to their full potential, are the core values of our team, which we live by every day.
Company History
Tri-City Physical Therapy was founded in 1988 in Union City. A few years later, recognizing the need in the community a second clinic was established in Fremont. The company's vision is to grow from strength to strength continuing to deliver excellent patient care, customer service and an all-encompassing human experience to rehabilitate patients to their full potential.
