Tritrax Healthcare Services is proud to have been named to the 2010 HomeCare Elite list. This is the 4th consecutive year that Tritrax has been selected for this honor. The HomeCare Elite list is a compilation of the top-perfoming home health agencies in the United States.
As a Licensed and Certified home health agency, we work with physicians and hospitals to coordinate quality care for each of our patients. All services are provided by licensed professionals who are highly qualified in their field and experienced in providing the best care in the home.
We have specialized programs including: Balance Program, Diabetic Disease Management, Incontinence Program, Infusion Therapy, Anticoagulation Monitoring, Senior Living Program, Telemonitoring, Specialized Wound Care, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Total Knee Arthroplasty and Total Hip Arthroplasty.
Company History
Tritrax Healthcare Services was established in Arlington, Texas, in 2004 by Scott Mitchell, Andrea Manning, RN, BS, HCS-D, COS-C and Dawn Mendiola, BBA, MSPT. After many years in the home health field, Dawn and Andrea aspired to own a home health agency that exemplified the best that healthcare has to offer in the home environment. This philosophy was, and remains, the cornerstone of every decision made at Tritrax.
Tritrax has enjoyed tremendous growth and opportunity over the past six years, and continues to look toward an even brighter future for our patients and employees. Tritrax prides itself on the caliber of clinicians and support staff that now call Tritrax home. We seek out clinicians with high ethical standards, outstanding clinical skills, and those who are passionate about caring for the elderly in their community and making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
In December, 2009, Tritrax Healthcare Services was acquired by THCare Acquisition, LLC, an investment of Ancor Capital Partners, Fort Worth, Texas. Extensive research was done to select just the right company to acquire Tritrax, and the hard work was worth it. Through this acquisition, Tritrax has gained a very talented and focused leadership to support and grow the company.
Andrea Manning and Dawn Mendiola, along with support of President and CEO, Michael J. Reiswig, continue to lead Tritrax with the same veracity and passion that has been the driving force of the agency since the beginning.
