Tx:Team

Company Overview

Since 1983, Tx:Team has been singularly focused on providing high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We are experts in injury prevention and rehabilitation – it’s all we do. Tx:Team partners with hospitals, senior living communities, and employers to offer comprehensive, patient-centric therapy solutions. We have been nationally recognized for clinical quality and patient satisfaction.

One of Tx:Team’s core identifying characteristics is authenticity, and we take this very seriously. We hope this speaks to you as much as it does to us. Tx:Team is a place for anyone with a passion for healing and a desire to change the world, and we are committed to fostering an environment where each associate can be included, valued, and seen.

Company History

It all started on May 4, 1983, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Greg Jennings, a Vietnam veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and physical therapist, wanted to create an environment that allowed therapists to focus on one thing: quality patient care. Greg launched Tx:Team with a strategic focus on partnering with faith-based retirement communities. We have since evolved into a turnkey rehabilitation solution for hospitals, senior living communities, and employers.

Today, Tx:Team is a privately held, therapist-led organization. We are fiercely independent and highly personal. We know every associate by name. We live out our values in service to our patients, our partners, and our communities. When we make a commitment, we deliver on it. In a word, Tx:Team is authentic.

As we prepare for the next 40 years, we will remain true to our roots. We believe that physical, occupational, and speech therapy are fundamentally human-to-human interactions, and we have the outcomes and patient satisfaction results to prove it. We will grow and adapt to advances in technology, but the engine behind everything we do will continue to be our people. We invite you to find out why working with us is good therapy.
