Join a Practice That Invests in Your Growth Excel Therapy is a privately owned, physical therapist–operated outpatient orthopedic clinic in Tulsa, OK, seeking a motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced clinicians looking to develop their skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. 

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including pre- and post-surgical care
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver high-quality care with an emphasis on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Build strong relationships through effective communication with patients, families, and team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate within a team while also managing an independent caseload
What We’re Looking For Education & Licensure:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma
Skills & Qualities:

Strong interest in manual therapy and orthopedic care
Solid clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
A desire to learn, grow, and be mentored
