Requirements

Physical Therapist – Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to meet all credentialing requirements for contracted insurance plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team while maintaining independent clinical judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques and exercise progression.
• Interest in mentoring students and participating in clinical education.
• Clinical specialization or advanced certifications (OCS, CSCS, vestibular training, etc.) are welcomed but not required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
