Requirements
Physical Therapist – Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to meet all credentialing requirements for contracted insurance plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team while maintaining independent clinical judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with manual therapy techniques and exercise progression.
- Interest in mentoring students and participating in clinical education.
- Clinical specialization or advanced certifications (OCS, CSCS, vestibular training, etc.) are welcomed but not required.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
