We're a small, family-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Peachtree City built on the belief that great physical therapy is about relationships with our patients, our community, and each other. THE ROLE

We're looking for a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload including post-surgical, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with full clinical autonomy
• Collaborate with our longevity and S&C staff to create seamless care pathways for patients transitioning out of traditional PT
• Mentor and be mentored in a culture that values continued learning
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients and the Peachtree City community

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Georgia PT license
• Passion for orthopedic and musculoskeletal care
• Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in patient outcomes beyond discharge
• Experience or interest in strength training, performance, or longevity is a plus
• Dry Needling certification is a plus
