Physical Therapist – Part-Time, Assisted Living Facility Stern at Home Therapy Braintree, MA | Part-Time 1099

Stern at Home Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a consistent part-time caseload at an assisted living facility in Braintree, MA. This is an established position — patients and schedule are in place, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care. Ideal for a PT seeking predictable hours alongside other professional commitments.

Position at a Glance

20 visits/week (10 patients × 2/week)
$62 per 3-unit visit (1099)
$75 per 4-unit evaluation (1099)
Est. $1,240/week | ~$4,960/month

Clinical Responsibilities

Deliver skilled physical therapy services to geriatric patients in an assisted living setting
Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and document per Medicare/payer standards
Coordinate with facility staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal PT practice standards

Position Details

Single facility location — no travel between sites
Established caseload — no patient sourcing or marketing required
Flexible scheduling within facility hours
Independent contractor (1099)
Clinical and administrative support provided

Minimum Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Massachusetts PT license (required)
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
Experience or clinical interest in geriatric or post-acute care
Ability to practice independently with strong documentation skills
