Endurance Physio is a privately owned physical therapy clinic in Missoula, Montana. We provide evidence-based, exercise-focused care to active adults, outdoor enthusiasts, aging adults, and athletes. We believe exercise and patient education are the most valuable interventions we provide, while utilizing manual therapy and other modalities when appropriate.

• Compensation is structured as a hybrid hourly and commission-based model

Requirements

Requirements

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Montana
• DPT from an accredited program
• Comfortable working with active adults and orthopedic populations
• Committed to learning, growth, and mentorship (providing and receiving)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Interest in involvement with group strength and conditioning classes

Preferred Qualities

• At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedics with sports focus experience preferred
• Interest in strength and conditioning and exercise-based care
• CSCS certification or interest in pursuing CSCS
• A track record of self-directed learning and a history of continuing education
