Join our growing outpatient physical therapy team in a dynamic orthopaedic clinical setting. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate physical therapist to provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics, competitive athletes and the general population.

Requirements

Evaluate and assess patients for who physical therapy is necessary
Formulate treatment plans and goals for physical therapy patients
Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
Supervise physical therapy care provided by aides, assistants, or students
Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Participates in educational opportunities for professional growth and development and to meet requirements for credentials
