Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Brigham City, UT. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to address pain, functional limitations, and mobility issues. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care, supervising therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention, and documenting assessments and progress in a timely and accurate manner. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, participating in case discussions, and contributing to a positive, respectful clinic culture. Occasional support for home care or community-based rehabilitation activities may be required as patient needs arise.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, safety awareness, and continuity of care beyond the clinic.
- Working knowledge of Medicine principles relevant to musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions.
- Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Utah.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to inclusive, respectful patient interactions.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic or similar clinical experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in continuing education is highly valued.
