Compass Pain and Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in general orthopedic/pain rehabilitation and be excited about treating patients alongside a multidisciplinary team including interventional orthopedics—the use of regenerative medicine—acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, and neuropsychology, all under one roof!
Compass Pain and Wellness is one of the premier regenerative medicine and outpatient neurotrauma recovery centers in the United States. Physical Therapy is at the heart of each of these services—we're looking for the right person to lead this critical part of our team.
This role involves designing and implementing rehabilitation plans for patients with functional deficits and acute and musculoskeletal pain, with a focus on enhancing overall wellbeing. It also involves periodically working with our traumatic brain injury recovery cohort to perform basic vestibular evaluations and lead conditioning exercises in a small cohort setting.
The right candidate will be passionate about patient care, energetic, and understand the value of a busy gym that gets patients moving. We're looking for the right physical therapist to grow our PT program around, that includes both future PTAs and CAs for a fast-paced and motivated patient base as well as one-on-one concierge medicine appointments.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement physical therapy care plans focused on strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation.
- Lead small cohort classes for rehabilitation from traumatic brain injury—no experience in neuro required.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on the benefits of physical therapy and provide guidance on complementary therapies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed in Oregon
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physical therapy

Job Type: Full-time; open to other arrangements for the right candidate.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
