Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30 am-7:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am- 5 pm

ResponsibilitiesAssist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
Educate patients on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience

Requirements

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Massachusetts PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
