POSITION OVERVIEW
This role blends hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership. You will help establish best practices, support a collaborative patient-first environment, and continue doing what you do best — treating patients — while also having a voice in how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.
You will not be doing this alone. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you will have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources to support your success from day one.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license, or PT Compact privilege (required prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience — ability to manage a full caseload independently from day one with support from Fyzical Corporate
- Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care
- Enjoys collaboration and building a small strong team culture
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus — but heart for patients always comes first
WHY FYZICAL
FYZICAL is a nationally recognized physical therapy brand with a specialty focus in balance, vestibular, orthopedic, and wellness care. As a FYZICAL clinician, you benefit from proven clinical protocols, FYZICAL College specialty training programs, and a one-on-one care model built around quality over volume.
This clinic is independently owned and operated — which means you get the support structure and resources of a national brand paired with the flexibility and culture of a locally run practice.
