Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Brigham City, UT. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to address pain, functional limitations, and mobility issues. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care, supervising therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention, and documenting assessments and progress in a timely and accurate manner. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, participating in case discussions, and contributing to a positive, respectful clinic culture. Occasional support for home care or community-based rehabilitation activities may be required as patient needs arise.

Requirements
Qualifications
Strong clinical foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, safety awareness, and continuity of care beyond the clinic.
Working knowledge of Medicine principles relevant to musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions.
Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Utah.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to inclusive, respectful patient interactions.
Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Previous outpatient orthopedic or similar clinical experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in continuing education is highly valued.
