Summit Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, & Massage is a privately-owned outpatient practice focused on exceptional one-on-one care, meaningful patient relationships, and creating a sustainable career for physical therapists.
We believe patients deserve individualized attention, not high-volume, burnout-driven care. Every therapist has their own private treatment room, dedicated one-on-one treatment time, and the clinical autonomy to practice thoughtfully and effectively.
Our clinic specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy, and we are passionate about mentorship, professional growth, and building a genuinely supportive team culture. We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist, though flexible or alternative scheduling arrangements may also be considered for the right candidate.

Competitive salary ($95,000 - $114,000/year) + monthly bonus structure after 90 days

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician who values quality care, lifelong learning, and strong patient relationships.
Interest in both orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy preferred
Pelvic health experience is welcomed but not required
We are willing to train and mentor the right candidate in pelvic health
New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
