Fortify Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated physical therapist to join our growing sports and performance-based clinic in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to work with an active population, continue developing as a sports physical therapist, and be part of a team that values high-level clinical reasoning, mentorship, and a positive work environment.
About Fortify Physical Therapy Fortify Physical Therapy is a sports-focused outpatient clinic serving athletes and active adults. Approximately 75% of our caseload is athletes, with the remaining population made up of runners, weightlifters, military personnel, police officers, firefighters, and highly active individuals who want to return to training, sport, and demanding work.
Our clinic is built for performance-based rehabilitation. We have a large facility (>7500square feet) that includes turf space, batting cage, basketball court, a full weight room, and high-quality equipment that allows patients to progress beyond the treatment table and into real training environments.

Our staff includes four board-certified Sports Clinical Specialists, with experience teaching and mentoring in a sports residency setting. Requirements
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is clinically curious, hardworking, and interested in becoming excellent at sports and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Preferred qualities include:
Strong interest in sports physical therapy
Comfort working with active populations
Willingness to learn and receive mentorship
Strong communication skills
Interest in strength training, conditioning, and return-to-sport progressions
Desire to work in a team-based environment
Sports residency training, SCS certification, CSCS certification, or athletic background is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Strong professional judgment and communication skills
Interest in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy
