McLeod Regional Medical Center (MRMC) invites qualified persons to apply for the position of Physical Therapist located on the corporate campus in Florence, South Carolina

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will join a team of 6 physical therapists.  This team provides support to the acute McLeod Regional Medical Center facility.  Additional full-time inpatient rehab staff includes 5 PTAs, 5 acute care OTs, 3 NICU OTs, 3 COTAs, 4 SLPs, and Rehab Aides/support staff. A wide array of departments is served from orthopedics, neurology, nephrology, intensive care unit, oncology, and others. 

JOB DETAILS 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Evaluates the patient’s physical and functional status and selects the appropriate treatment program to achieve short and long range goals that are measurable and realistic
• Perform periodic re-evaluation and adapt programs as needed
• Use modalities, exercise and education to treat patients
• Communicate with physicians, patients, caregivers, insurance companies and other staff

SCHEDULE

Work schedule – 80 hours/biweekly

Hours – as scheduled
