Description
We are a small private practice looking for a PT who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a partner, a seasoned PT who wants to be a part of decision-making for the practice, to be a part of our journey, while following your own path.
We are looking for an 'adult' who does not need daily parenting, but instead desires to take charge, and provide leadership in our Spearfish clinic. We are looking for the person who identifies challenges and brings ideas and solutions to the table.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who desires to shape their environment, focus on their passion, and treat the whole patient, not just the symptom.
We are looking for a PT who wants to be an owner; who wants to be a partner; who aspires to higher personal and professional goals.
Do you want to join a small team, where the individual team member is truly valued, given a voice and appreciated? Do you want to live in a vibrant community - that perfect small town surrounded by the kind of natural beauty usually seen in outdoor magazines? Do you want to treat patients not problems? Do you want to have the time you need to ensure positive outcomes? Are you an outcomes-based achiever who wants to make a difference, feel valuable, find meaning in your work, and wake up with purpose each day? Then we are looking for you!
