Description
As the Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for responsible for providing Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment utilizing evidenced-based interventions and reports to the Director of Therapy Service or Director of Rehabilitation Therapies. You will:
- Evaluates patients and interprets findings to develop an individualized plan of care to meet the needs and goals of the patient per Physician orders.
- Establishes and implements treatment interventions as guided by best practice and evidence-based theory to achieve treatment goals.
- Implements treatment programs through direct treatment with patient.
- Throughout therapy process methodically plans for appropriate discharge once patient goals are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
- Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist License or eligible
- Basic Life Support certification
