About Us: 

At Physio Logic, we empower our patients to achieve optimal health and well-being through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates traditional physical therapy, Pilates, and manual therapy. Our one-on-one treatment model ensures that every patient receives personalized, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs. Our integrated team includes chiropractors, massage therapists, interventional pain management specialists, clinical nutritionists, and functional medicine practitioners, providing a holistic treatment experience. Additionally, we offer specialized rehabilitative therapies, such as pelvic floor therapy, prenatal and postpartum care, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Our physical therapists also play a key role in the post-procedural rehabilitation of patients undergoing PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and stem cell treatments performed in our clinic.

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation and a passion for working in a collaborative, integrative healthcare environment. This role involves treating a diverse patient population and requires excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Utilize a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement-based rehabilitation techniques, including Pilates-based rehab (BASI training provided).
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, sports medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid New York State Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
• Experience or interest in manual therapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and integrative care models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Willingness to work at least one Saturday per month.
