Description
We are looking to hire a full-time physical therapist to join our staff here at Empower Physical Therapy. We are interested in an Orthopedic Physical Therapist with two or more years of experience to be part of our team in Exton, PA.
We offer a strong mentorship program to further expand your skills in orthopedics. Additionally, we offer a generous continuing education package that renews yearly (up to $1900/year) and monthly detailed in-services in office to further expand and practice therapeutic techniques.
Evaluations are 50 minutes with one-on-one follow up appointments with the same Physical Therapist.
We also offer reimbursement towards professional dues, percentage reimbursement towards health insurance and a 3% match with our SIMPLE IRA plan after just 3 months of employment.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate Level Physical Therapist
Licensed in Pennsylvania.
An interest in training for the evaluation and treatment of pelvic health patients.
Willing to undergo certification in manual therapy (CFMT) within 3-5 years of starting at clinic.
Able to work 2 nights/week.
Willing to engage in marketing, meeting with Physicians and Health Care Practitioners, and public outreach and advocacy.
